Arrival Window

House call appointments are given one-hour windows in which the nail specialist will arrive. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 9:00 am, the nail specialist will arrive between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.  

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service.  

 

Parking Fees

Clients are responsible for any parking fees incurred for their appointment.  

 

Payment

Payment in full is due upon booking for new clients. Payment in full is due the day of your appointment for existing clients. Late payment will result in a late fee of 10% of the unpaid balance. Balances not paid within 30 days of the due date will be sent to collections. Accepted payment types include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Inclement Weather

If Portland Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, house call appointments on that day will be rescheduled.   

 

Safety

Safety is a top priority at Pawdicures. Therefore, to protect the safety of your cat/dog and our nail specialists, we do not work with cats/dogs that bite (including but not limited to nipping or snapping). If your cat/dog becomes too stressed or aggressive at any point, we will immediately end the service, refer you to Animal Behavior Clinic or Synergy Behavior Solutions, and charge you for 100% of the scheduled service regardless of whether or not the service is completed. You will be held liable for any injuries caused by your cat/dog.
